Does MOBIbucks charge interest or late fees?
MOBIbucks is free to customers. Your account is prepaid, not a revolving credit line. Credit cards carry high interest charges and penalties. You’ll never pay interest fees or late fees with MOBIbucks.
What if I replace my phone or mobile operator?
Your mobile phone is portable and your MOBIbucks account is portable too. You can change mobile phones or carriers anytime. As long as you keep the same mobile phone number, you can keep the same MOBIbucks account.
What if I change my mobile phone number?
You can open a new MOBIbucks account with your new mobile phone number. Then just transfer the MOBIbucks account balance of your old phone number to your new MOBIbucks account. Your funds are available instantly.
What if I lose my mobile phone?
There is no risk that someone will fraudulently access your MOBIbucks account even if they know your mobile phone number. Your account cannot be used without your secret PIN. You are the only one who knows your PIN. Your PIN cannot be reset by anyone except you because we ask you a secret question.
How can I check my account balance?
You can check your account balance two ways, by going online at mobibucks.com and logging into your MOBIbucks account, or by using a mobile phone. To check your balance by mobile phone, just send an SMS message 4083829314 with the keyword BAL.
How much can I keep in my MOBIbucks account?
Your MOBIbucks account can have a maximum positive balance of up to $300.00 (US).
